Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Rally Yard. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (rallyyard.co.uk), your membership, and your use of our venue and courts at Asfordby Business Park, Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL ("the Venue"). By using our website, joining our waitlist, taking out a membership, or booking a court, you agree to these Terms.
Rally Yard is operated by Rally Yard Limited, registered office at 7 Adrian Close, Toton, Nottingham, England, NG9 6FL ("Rally Yard", "we", "us", "our").
1. Membership and bookings
1.1 Court bookings and memberships are managed through our booking platform, Playtomic. By booking a court or taking out a membership, you also agree to Playtomic's own terms of use.
1.2 We offer a limited Founding Membership, available as 100 numbered spots with associated perks as described on our website at the time of purchase. Founding Membership terms (pricing, perks, and numbering) are as set out on the relevant membership page and form part of these Terms.
1.3 Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement, except where we expressly allow this (e.g. as a stated Founding Membership perk).
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking or membership where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where necessary for the safety of other members or staff.
2. Pricing and payment
2.1 Prices for memberships, court hire, coaching, and other services are as displayed on our website or booking platform at the time of purchase, and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2.2 Payment is taken at the time of booking or membership sign-up via our booking platform, Playtomic, which handles payment processing on our behalf. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
2.3 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect bookings or memberships already confirmed and paid for.
3. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds
3.1 Court bookings: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, will be charged in full.
3.2 Founding Membership: Founding Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
3.3 We may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. venue maintenance, weather affecting outdoor elements, power failure). Where this happens, we will offer a rebooking or refund for the affected session.
4. Age requirements and children
4.1 Rally Yard welcomes players of all ages.
4.2 Junior coaching sessions require the consent of a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for the child while at the Venue outside of supervised coaching time.
5. Health, safety, and assumption of risk
5.1 Padel and other racket sports carry an inherent risk of physical injury. By using our courts and facilities, you acknowledge this risk and agree to play sensibly, follow venue rules, and use appropriate footwear and equipment.
5.2 You must inform a member of staff immediately of any accident, injury, or hazard at the Venue.
5.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
5.4 Subject to clause 5.3, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Venue or facilities, except where caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.
6. Conduct and venue rules
6.1 We ask all players, members, and guests to:
Treat staff, coaches, and other players with respect
Wear appropriate non-marking footwear on court
Follow any court booking time limits and vacate promptly for the next booking
Follow any safety or facility instructions given by staff
6.2 We reserve the right to remove any person from the Venue, and to suspend or terminate their membership, for behaviour that is abusive, unsafe, or otherwise breaches these Terms, without refund.
7. Personal property
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the Venue, except where caused by our negligence.
8. Facility access
8.1 Access to the Venue is via an automated PIN entry system. You must not share your access PIN with anyone else and must report any suspected unauthorised use immediately.
8.2 Opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 5am to 11pm, and may be varied from time to time; we'll do our best to notify members of any changes in advance.
9. Website use and intellectual property
9.1 All content on rallyyard.co.uk, including text, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Rally Yard and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
9.2 You must use our website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it or our booking systems.
10. Data protection
Our use of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The "last updated" date shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Complaints

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
